You’re juggling work, family and the 10,000 things life throws at you.
You crave me-time that doesn’t involve staring at your phone.
You miss the feeling of laughing until your face hurts.
You long for a space where you can just be – no roles, no obligations, just you.
Here’s the good news!
I’ve got just the thing. Vinoyasa blends yoga, wine tasting and nature connection to bring you back to yourself – one deep breath, one juicy lil stretch, one sip and one magical outdoor experience at a time.
VINOYASA in the Loire Valley
Yoga. Wine. French countryside. Need we say more?
Five days of bliss in the heart of the Loire Valley – think yoga under open skies, wine that tastes like poetry and the kind of deep exhale you didn’t know you needed. Move, sip and soak up the beauty of rolling vineyards and charming villages. It’s relaxation with a très chic twist.

Meet Abi: VINOYASA founder (and general silly goose)
I’m Abi, and I basically built VINOYASA as an excuse to do all my favourite things and invite amazing humans like you to join me. I bring years of experience as a yoga facilitator, sommelier, and outdoor educator to every experience, which basically means I know how to help you stretch, sip, and soak up nature in the best possible way.
Because life’s too short for bad wine, boring workouts or taking yourself too seriously. My goal? To create spaces where you can feel free, strong, playful and completely yourself. Whether you’re rolling out your yoga mat, raising a glass or plunging into a freezing cold sea for the sheer joy of it – I’m here to guide you, cheer you on and give you a hug along the way. I can’t wait to welcome you!
Yoga: flow, stretch and unwind
A little bit zen, a little bit wild. Whether it’s a fiery vinyasa morning session followed by a soothing sauna, a deeply relaxing yin practice with a glass of wine or revitalising flow followed by a dip in the sea, my yoga sessions are designed to make you feel amazing in your body.
Wine: sip, savour and celebrate
Not your average tasting! Wine is meant to be enjoyed, not overanalysed. As a certified sommelier, I’ll guide you through tastings that are fun, unpretentious and delicious. Expect great wine, better company and zero snobbery.
Wild: breathe, explore and connect
Nature is the best reset button. Whether we’re stretching under an open sky, tracking wolves, bears or beavers somewhere crazy or throwing ourselves into the ocean, you’ll leave feeling grounded, free and more connected to the world around you.
