Join me, Abi Jones – yoga teacher, sommelier and outdoor educator – for a tapestry of movement, mindfulness and sensory delight for yoga sessions and events that are as restorative as they are playful.
Whether you’re flowing solo, gathering a group or diving into a block of sessions, each experience is crafted to connect you with your body, the wild and a like-minded community.
Dreamy outdoor locations: Sessions are primarily at the breathtaking High Nature Centre, and the golden shores of Mothecombe. You will also find VINOYASA throughtout the Southwest.
Inclusive and welcoming: all abilities, ages and genders. Wine lovers and curious sippers welcome!
Breathe, move, taste: Flowing asana meets breathwork, meditation and sensory wine appreciation.
Sauna and sea dip (if you want to!): Mothecombe yoga sessions involve a sea dip and/or a sauna – yogi’s choice!
Wine, but make it optional: alcohol-free tipples (hello, ginger beer with mint) are always available.

WINE
Not your ordinary wine-tasting experience - The unique wine-tasting experiences are tied in with trivia to learn about the process. Filled with Nostalgia and the understanding of how a glass of wine can transport us to a specific moment in our life and remind us of a particular person or place. Abi oozes joy and excitement about wine and the processes in which they are made. She fully allows you to taste and experience the wine and create new memories.
Finding interesting wines, off the beaten path and good value. Abi understands the varying roles of a good glass of wine and enhances those nuances so that the wines can be learned about and enjoyed.

WILD
VINOYASA is offered in wild surroundings, in places that evoke a sense of being and holding. The importance of the setting for a session helps participants to be fully present.
Throughout the years, Abi has worked as a freelance instructor for Wildwise and River School. Abi provides Nature Mentoring for girls, with 5 years of experience working in rites of passage camps for young women.
Abi offers nature connection sessions which help those to find their footprints. Whether this is with yoga and wine or just simply on its own. These sessions allow you to reclaim your place and feel at home in your body and the outdoors. A celebration of the natural world and all that it brings us. Abundantly fun and reverent.

Abi is certified by DBS, Safeguarding and Level 3 ITC First Aid.
Born and raised in Devon, Abi has been guiding Wild Time camps for over six years, creating playful, joy-filled spaces where young people and women can connect with themselves and the natural world. She runs a girls’ nature connection group and leads camps across Devon and Cornwall, blending bushcraft, rites of passage, and nature-based learning to nurture confidence, curiosity, and inner wisdom. Abi has also worked with River School, paddling down the River Dart and supporting young people to explore rivers, forests, and wild places.
She is part of a rewilding group on Moorbarton and has taken part in multiple wildlife tracking experiences, including tracking wolves in the Białowieża Forest in Poland, bears in the Carpathian Mountains of Romania, and spending time learning from the landscape and wildlife of the Kalahari Desert. Abi has also travelled widely, discovering inspiring natural spaces and experiences that continue to shape and deepen her work with young women.
An avid surfer and lifelong Dartmoor enthusiast, her style is rooted in play, wonder, and joy—supporting people to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the land.
