There is also a brand new canvas stretch tent in the garden which makes for an amazing outdoor practice space, a yurt on site which is often used as a meditation/ healing space, or it can double up as a luxurious double bedroom under the stars.

African Vision Malawi

An initiative created by Sam and his mum, Retreat to the Farm, is a social enterprise and thus aims to help more than just those who attend the retreats. Despite the obvious benefits that each person will come away with, a portion of each retreat will be donated to African Vision Malawi - a non-profit charity started by Sam, helping orphans and vulnerable people in rural Malawi.

Since 2005 the charity has been helping those in one of the World's poorest countries to become healthy, educated and self-sufficient. For more info please visit THIS website.
