A unique experience that combines the serenity of yoga, the indulgence of wine tasting, the revitalization of sea swimming, and the relaxation of sauna sessions. Join us each week for a day of balance and bliss as you flow through rejuvenating yoga practices, taste delicious wines, refresh with a dip in the sea, and unwind in the soothing sauna. Let us guide you on a journey of wellness where you can nourish both your body and mind in the beautiful Mothecombe gardens and beach.

We provide block discounts so that you can easily incorporate our wonderful sessions into your weekly routine. If you would like to alternate weeks and make it an extra special treat, we also offer the sessions without the use of the sauna. 

We will be meeting in the beautiful Mothecombe Gardens to practice yoga and awaken to a meditative wine tasting. We will make our way down to the beach where we can dip in the sea. Walking back up through the trees to the handmade artisan Somewhere Sauna. Here we will move between the Sauna, breathwork and plunging in the ice bath - The expected finish is around 8.30 pm.

The unique wine-tasting experiences are tied in with trivia to learn about the process. Filled with Nostalgia and the understanding of how a glass of wine has the capability to transport us to a specific moment in our life and remind us of a particular person or place. Abi oozes joy and excitement about wine and the processes in which they are made. She fully allows you to taste and experience the wine and concrete new memories.
