Emilia-Jane and I first met at The Somewhere Sauna, where she was our Sauna host for the Wednesday sessions: Yoga, Wine, Sea and Sauna. We instantly gelled with a shared passion for community, nature-based practices and ancestral skills - also with a spicy twist, this powerhouse is a twerk master. We quickly formed a team, and you will find Plants Move You joining us for lots of VINOYASA events.

A herbal yogini and sauna queen who loves sharing nurturing spaces for people to connect with their bodies as nature. You will find her in the sauna, foraging herbs in the wild or teaching weekly twerk classes in Devon (SW TWERK COLLECTIVE). A dancer from a young age, Emilia loves the freedom of movement and the celebration of femininity that Twerking brings.
